Refund Policy

We are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.

Event Services

Initial Consultation Fee

The initial consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the time and expertise provided by our event planners during the initial stages of planning.

Service Package Cancellations

Full − 10%

60+ days before event — Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

50%

30 – 59 days before event — 50% refund of the total service package fee.

No Refund

Less than 30 days before event — No refund will be issued.

Ticketed Events

Ticket Cancellations

Full Refund

30+ days before event — Full refund of the ticket price.

50%

14 – 29 days before event — 50% refund of the ticket price.

No Refund

Less than 14 days before event — No refund will be issued.

Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided upon request.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by ZikhiphaniEvents, a full refund will be provided automatically to all ticket holders.

Product Purchases (Merchandise)

Return Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@zikhiphanievents.com. Include your order number and reason for return — we will provide further instructions.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7 – 10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Customised Products — Personalised or customised products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Final Sale

Final Sale Items — Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
