Refund Policy

At ZikhiphaniEvents, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below:

Event Services
Initial Consultation Fee:

The initial consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the time and expertise provided by our event planners during the initial stages of planning.
Service Packages:
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the event date: 50% refund of the total service package fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date: No refund.

Ticketed Events

Event Tickets:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date: Full refund.
Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the event date: 50% refund of the ticket price.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date: No refund.
Event Postponement:
If an event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided upon request.

Event Cancellation:

If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided to all ticket holders.
Product Purchases (Merchandise)

Return Policy:

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process:

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized Products:

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
